Where are you located?
Matador is located in Fort Collins, Colorado at 1823 East Harmony Road. We are located on Harmony Road just west of the Harmony and Timberline intersection. We are located next to Cold Stone Creamery and just Northwest of the Cinemark Theaters.
Do you cater?
Absolutely! We do all types of catering. The sky is the limit! We've even catered bratwurst and pretzels (with some of the most amazing tasting homemade mustard ever)! Please see our catering page for more information.
Do you sell your sauces?
Yes, we bottle and sell our sauces. Our Fat Tire Jalapeno sauce is also sold by New Belgium Brewery in their tap rooms. We also have sauces for sale in numerous local farmers markets and we can bottle sauce and sell it to you in both of our restaurants. We will also be selling it online soon. Do you have gluten free items?
Absolutely! We have a number of gluten free options. When ordering, please let us know you are gluten free and we'll get you hooked up!
Where can I find coupons and more information?
Please check out or FaceBook page at facebook.com/MatadorGrill. We are very active on our FaceBook page and we oftentimes run contests where we give away free food and other prized. We also post job opening, coupons and other activities there. We'd love you to be your FaceBook friend!
How do you sell your beer so cheap?
Being part of the Fort Collins and Loveland communities, we have gotten to know virtually all of the brewers and they are our friends. We love supporting them and in the process, giving you, our customers, numerous drink options so we price our beer cheaper than sodas and other drinks! We are strong believers in helping out our friends and in the "spend it here, keep it here" philosophy and encouraging our customers to purchase from local suppliers/breweries is one of the ways we hope to spread the love!
