Great Local Food Made Using Only the Finest, Highest Quality Ingredients

At Matador Mexican Grill, we pride ourselves on using only the freshest, highest quality ingredients. We use fresh pico made daily, fresh guac, and we make our green chili, queso, soups, marinades and virtually every other food item we sell fresh right inside our kitchen (unlike "corporate restaurants and franchises" who prepare much of their food in remote locations and then have it loaded with preservatives, frozen and then shipped to franchise or corporate locations where it is again stored and then reheated multiple times).

At Matador, we do not take the word "fresh" lightly. Unlike many corporate places, we do NOT serve processed meats, frozen queso bagged and stored in warehouses oftentimes thousands of miles away, bagged and frozed sauces, etc. all the while claiming that they are fresh. At Matador, we believe fresh should mean just that -- fresh, quality ingredients made right in our kitchen.

Fresh, Healthy Choices

We use every effort to ensure our food is as fresh and healthy as possible. We do NOT take shortcuts by using lard, MSG, preservatives, fillers or other "tricks" used by many other restaurants to keep food their cost down. At Matador, we take pride in using the finest, healthiest ingredients.
